Our global events

Web Summit organises five technology events across the globe. Web Summit, held in Lisbon, is the company’s flagship event. Collision, based in Toronto, and Web Summit Vancouver, starting in 2025, are our North American gatherings, Web Summit Rio, taking place in Rio de Janeiro, is our South American event, Web Summit Qatar in Doha is our Middle East event and RISE in Hong Kong is our Asian event.

Web Summit is our flagship event. Over the years attendance at the Altice Arena and FIL in Lisbon has grown to over 100,000, with the world’s top media and delegates from all over the globe in attendance.

In 2024, we gathered 34,000-plus people – including 500-plus speakers and 1,000-plus startups – at Web Summit Rio. We’ll return to Rio de Janeiro in April 2025.

Centre Stage during the opening night of Collision 2022 at Enercare Centre in Toronto

Toronto, June 17-20, 2024

 

Collision is our North American event, hosted over three days in Toronto’s Enercare Centre.  It has become what Forbes calls “North America’s fastest-growing tech conference”.

RISE

Hong Kong, returning in 2025

 

RISE is the largest technology event in Asia with one of the biggest startup exhibitions in the region, drawing the attention of global venture capitalists and angel investors. It returns in 2025 and will take place in Hong Kong.
